    Event details are read in real time to decide what status to set. We never persist full event content like titles, descriptions or attendees in our database.

  • Can I override my Slack status manually?
    Yes. You can choose whether manual Slack statuses should be left alone or overridden by Status Ninja in settings.

  • Can I turn it off temporarily?
    Yes. You can disconnect your Google Calendar and Slack Workspace at any time. Or simply pause Status Ninja from your dashboard.

  • Which calendar do you use?
    Currently we only support the primary calendar from your Google account.

  • Why does Slack show a warning?
    Status Ninja is an independent app. Slack shows this warning for apps not yet listed in their App Directory. We only request one permission: updating your status. We can't read your messages, channels, or files.
